The making:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Ana Spain” is a recently produced olive oil made with olives collected from the tree (not from those already fallen on to the ground), at the beginning of the season. Selected olives from “Picual” and “Hojiblanca” olive varieties and an immediate extraction process made exclusively by means of mechanic procedures guarantee a superior-quality product: olive oil at its highest level of freshness and fragrance.
Tasting notes:
Featuring an intense green colour and golden reflexes, it provides a strong aroma to freshly cut grass and ripe fruit. In your mouth, it shows a fresh, almond-like and slightly bitter scent. A unique experience that no olive oil lover should miss.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Ana Spain” is bottled without being filtered, in order to keep the whole of its aroma and its primary natural flavours. If you happen to find a thin dark layer on the inside bottom of the bottle, you must know this is simply the result of a natural olive particles decantation process. Due to its special characteristics, this oil is only available during the harvesting season.
